Compensation and Contact

The entrepreneurs at SEED Enterprise™ become part of your team and are compensated in a manner generally similar to most growing company executives, adjusted for level of activity.

We write customized proposals for our "Phase I" preparation and strategy projects which include cash AND equity. We never have termination clauses or minimum notice requirements because our clients are always happy! (See Testimonials).

Our "Phase II" contracts as interim members of your executive team are based on an hourly rate paid in both cash AND equity.

We are never compensated on a contingency, deferred or equity-only basis. We are "company builders" that fill executive roles or the need for a reasonably priced Bain/McKinsey-type management consultant. We are not "brokers/finders", advisors or downsized executives looking for work. We give 100% to the few clients we choose to take every year, and together we achieve success.
