Our "Phase II" contracts as interim members of your executive team are based on an hourly rate paid in both cash AND equity.
We are never compensated on a contingency, deferred or equity-only basis. We are "company builders" that fill executive roles or the need for a reasonably priced Bain/McKinsey-type management consultant.
